Just to clarify where we should stand on this issue (and no need to make this too public) whilst our aid should reach the truely needy, we must refuse to help members of parties demed "thought criminal parties" e.g Vanguard and prioratise INGSOC members if there isnt enought to go around.

that makes perfect sense, it would not be practicle to give aid to theleader of the opposition Razz

I assure you that the chances of me ever giving help to a member of vanguard is less than the chance of Vanguard actualy getting some polcies.
