New Alliance
What are your ideas on foreign policy,
specifically about PHOENIX,
personally I think PHOENIX s a great Idea, but that we should also try and get closer to governments and foreign political partys with similar ideals to us.

Re: New Alliance
Good point about the name,
I will try and put up a list of like-minded parties starting with those in countries allied to us

Re: New Alliance
We could form ISSSP (International Society of Small Socialist Parties)
In order to share ideas and policies with other parties in similar situations with similar beliefs

Re: New Alliance
It does fit in with point three of 'Operation Unity'.
I think it would be a way of getting some experience on the 'world stage'.

Re: New Alliance
We had a similar idea in the RFA, but we decided to put it on the backburner so we could concentrate on congress and articles. Most of us agreed that it was a good idea though, and it might be a good thing for you as you don't need to concentrate time on elections at the moment.

Do any other parties of the eUK have anything similar?

Re: New Alliance
I am not sure but there are parties internationally considering it, so make contact and most people would be interested.

Re: New Alliance
I like the ISSSP idea; what we need is more contact and co-operation with these parties, under the umbrella of INGSOC, emphasising to those small parties serious about policy change that we are the strongest of the Socialist parties in the eUK and will be able to put these opinions to congress with their support. We could contact foreign socialist parties with a C+P email, detailing the benefits, then wait for a response.. I'll also be on the lookout for PPs in the eUK who would like to integrate their parties due to lack of support.

Exile, this is an excellent idea, do you think you could message some of the smaller parties PP or some of there members, and see what they think? this would be a huge help!

No problem, I'll get onto it right away. That is after I've finished this newspaper article. Can you believe I write the whole thing out, hit 'publish' and the login screen came up...

Re: New Alliance
The Great British Public party May be interested in working together, that helped support me in the CP elections.
good luck with the PMing!
P.S. about the newspaper problem, you can always type it up on word, that way it spots all spelling mistakes aswell and just copy it into the article. Although I generally use harry's way

I know what you mean exile, I've done it before and seen all my work just vanish. It's because it interprets you as being inactive. What I usually do is highlight it and copy it, so I can just paste if it logs me out.

Re: New Alliance
The obvious choice would be the socialist party, but the bad reletionships between us and seneth rule that out.. The communist party is too large. I'm still looking around, but in the mean time I've PM'd 60 low level guys about INGSOC. They were all already in parties, but 1 has already converted... Hoping a few more will come over.

Don't worry you're doing a great job with the recruitment drive, I'm sure some we can wait untill there are other similar parties.

Re: New Alliance
I suggest the PCP. they're quite similar to you and need a bit of a leg up at the moment. I think they'd like to ally with you.
